anyone know how to work it? i want to try it, apparently its faster and more anonymous than torrents, but it looks old and confusing as fuck

Usenet is really easy to use, but chance are you'll have to pay for it. Go to your ISP's website and search for anything about newsgroups, that'll give everything you need to know. If there isn't anything you'll have to pay about 10$ a month to use it. If your ISP does have good newsgroups service then download a program called newsleecher and you're on your way. It's way faster than torrents because it's not P2P.
