You need a diamond tip,
i would not use a dremel , you will just scratch your pipe or break it,
just use the bit to etch in an engraving, (good luck)
ideally you can use this http://www.diamondtools.us/showitem.cfm?itemnum=741&catnum=41&pcatnum=0

but it is not easy, i have tried and failed,
my dad is good at it, but then again its part of his job.
