So, after two years of college, an alcoholic mindstate, and not so much skiing.....i've been getting out of shape. I was looking for free program to try out and found this site through a youtube video. Has anyone tried any of these programs?
I'm on the first week of the "Muscle Gaining" program and my legs just got whooped. I thought it was going to be pretty easy with how little exercises you perform, but the "interval" running afterward makes it pretty intense. I also started to eat to their suggested diet, its boring eating but I've had plenty of the good stuff. I think its pretty fun, its like a science experiment.
