so my friend and i are thinkin o makin some homemade skis this summer, i was wondering if anyone has tried it, and i was lookin 4 some tips on how to do it, i saw the skibuilders site and i was also wondering of anyone had tried making skis in just the mold, no vaccum molding, or pneumatic molders, just clamping the top and bottom together w/ some threaded rod and angle iron

my bad, i didn't mean making them in the mold, i just mean molding them in the mold, and holding the top and bottom of the mold together w/ threaded rod and angle iron

make a hydraulic mold it looks pretty simple you just have to change the sizes because this is for a skateboard

ive seen it done like that
idk it might be worth a try
find a hot place like an attic or sumthing because heat will help bond the layers together
make sure you have alot of clamps on it at lest 15-20 cuz thats the kinda pressure thats needed
All times are Eastern (-5)
