no offense, and not that i looked it up, but from what i know, annapurna peaks are in the himalaya. countries/provinces are only nepal, india, SOUTHERN tibet, bhutan... tibet is not a country with imaginary borders. actually the geological thing called tibet (almost equal to the political) is referring to that flatlands at around 5000 metres altitude. if you take it strictly, tibet has nothing to do with mountains (although there are some high ones, shisha pagma, nyenchantangla and others, gurla mandata...)
far east, himalaya is called kashmir or mustagh (there are k2, hidden peak, gasherbrum II, broad peak and nanga parbat).
what i wanna say is, peaks over 8000 metres cant be in northern tibet, no offense
