i say it sucks for them.  but if i was in their position i would be super pissed too.  he made it first so he should get credit for it.

they already did get shit, my cousin was on the rowing team with the kids and they created this site ConnectU and then one of them switched over to facebook and brought the idea. they sued them for a legit amount of money and then were quieted by facebook so they didn't win the lawsuit but they still got a shit load of cash
