if you look hard enough you can find some pretty cool stuff on ebay and save a lot of money, but is it really that safe?
Anyone here ever bought something off ebay, how did it go, and was the product you recieved in the same shape as you expected?

Yeah, I even bought some skis there last year, no problems, but yah, you should usually check the sellers feedback.

It depends, millions of ppl sell shit there. Ive had good experiences tho. There is some insurance thingy ebay has, but Im not positive on it.

if you live in Canada it is a scam. Because most auctions are American, shipping, duty, tax and ground fees double the price. And I also have bought some stuff where it has come broken, and then it is a hassle to send it back and repay for shipping and fees. so If you can find something that is in the same state/province as you.. or at least the same country and the product is still in the package it is a good deal, other whys just go to a store and buy it new.

I have bought a ton of stuff on there. DVDs, car parts, Pow Airs, etc. Everything was really cheap and came in perfect condition. Never had a problem.
Where did you find it?

Yeah I have bought a bunch of stuff off of ebay with no problems, like my $3,600 drum set. I have sold a few things and that worked fine too.
