Replying to CoreUPT 's creator interview

this is  a (bad) translation of Guerlain Chicherit's interview for skipass.com

He answers the forum users' questions.
I tried to translate what he says.

Note that in reality, Guerlain is way less retarded than i am and speak very well, wich is not shown in this interview. So it might seems a little convincing that when Guerlain is speaking.

Also a skiercross guy. Wich is not enak gavaggio, but a friend of Guerlain.
Why skiercross ? Because it s a good development lab and if [They] manage to get a fast enough ski to podium, then the ski is good.

It s only a lab activity, they will NOT sell skiercross skis.

Technical questions

Moulds (i dont know how to say this in english) are already existing ones for the first year.

They change the flex a bit
Nothing revolutionnary for the first year.

Each rider makes his own ski.

They are working on the next year's skis.

Next winter they might have a ski of their own, and next next winter they will have their own original skis.

Distribution

Online sellin.
Why ?
They can stay closer to the people who buy skis.
They can inform customers directly of evolutions, events...
They want a personnal relation ship with the customer.

20% of the production will be sold in stores, wich will be selected by the brand to fit coreupt's image.

coreupt is born in france but wants to spread worldwide.

Coreupt in 10 years ??
Hard to say. Not even sure if they will be snow. They hope they ll still be there, because it's a tough market.
But they are confident as they are pationates.

They don't want to become a big machine.
Want to stay close to the riders.

How to TEST the skis.
Mondial du ski.
Testcenter in TIGNES france. Just email them and they will give you skis for the day.

Price ;
Not more expansive than any other brands.
Made in france.
For the begining they wanted to emphasize on services.
But for next years they will try to reduce the costs.

Girl skis :

This year they have a ski ready, but the girl they wanted is still under contract, so the ski will come out next year.
