so i just clicked "my threads" for the first time in a while to check back into some older threads (on firefox btw), and it takes like 30 seconds to load it, and still its mad slow after that. At first i thought it was just my computer...but ive been hearing that some other people have been having the same problem. I think i might know why...i went down to the bottom of the "my threads" list, and there are threads from way back last august...probly over 500 threads on this one scroll-down..which is slowing down the page severly.
just a thought on a way to solve this...since there is no cut-off limit for the "my threads" list, is it possible to create one....say a good 3 months? This would cut down the amount of stuff to load on the page.
