One of my roommates just moved out, so my house is in need of a 4th person. Here's the scenario:
We are 3 male soon-to-be juniors at Western who drink and smoke a lot. We are pretty easy going and, subsequently, quite messy. We have no gender preference for a 4th; just someone who doesn't mind our living situation. Rent is a flat $400/month, and that includes ALL utilities (electricity, water, heat, cable/internet, garbage, lawn service). The house is on the corner of N Garden and Holly, two blocks up from downtown and a 15 min walk from campus.
