it takes like 3 days just for money to be transferred from bank to paypal, good luck...id love to find a faster way too

Even if there isn't anything in your paypal account can't you just pay someone via paypal and then paypal will take the money out of your bank/cc?
When ever I buy anything, there isn't really any money in the actual paypal account, it's in the bank account which is linked to it.

It takes awhile to get your bank account validated though. The quickest way to get money INTO paypal is by using a credit card or by having someone send you money.
