Hmmmm...you might have to figure out how to make it 50x50, and maybe export it a certain way, but I don't see why not. Unfortunately, I'm not good enough in flash to have any idea how to do either of those things, so my suggestions may be totally wrong/already thought of. But hey, ya never know.
