Ea skate double flips

i've gotten a few double backflips and double rodeos before, but i can't do them on demand.  Does anyone know how to purposely get the rotation for double flips?

i think theres a thread on this already...

BUT


you basically have to trick the game. It always sets the flip for where your gonna land. So if you take off on a smaller jump but get more air, you'll land a double. I can do them on demand on the danny way jump.

you got to go over the apex of the ramp so the game thinks your goin to land but you keep goin. i got a few on video but i dont know if you can get them.

i definitely know what you're asking. and i had to watch my fingers do what they do a lot to finally be able to tell what he was doing to get er done. basically you gotta smash down the ramp, holding forward and pumping massively, for speeeeeeed. and then i tended to double huck right off the lip of the jump. slam it up and diagonal, and then basically do exacly what you'd do AGAIN, but throw it only in the horizontal direction you chose to flip in the first place. and he sets a faster spin than normal. awesome game though good to see people still playin it it's gotten overshadowwed by newer releases. cant wait for the sequel

who else knows about the tapping the BOTH TRIGGERs and you can land from any height, thats the bomb for double flippin off anything and boosting off that humongous street drop with the ledge down the side in old town.

basically you can start by doing any trick you can imagine, as long as you can legitamently land with your board oriented... well, like you are gonna be able to land it solid enough to ride away. at which point right before you do land, you pull both triggers, and you'll see your guy start to go for the double grab looking like a cannon ball. he doesnt get all the way to the grab (if he does, he'll fall, and you didnt do it right), but make it so he's reaching down for the board RIGHT before you hit the ground (mid reach). its a pretty small margin for doing it or just demolishing yourself upon impact, but if you're doing it too late, you might even see your guy land on his board and then just slip off with a foot and he falls. small window you just have to time it correctly just RIGHT before impact of landing.

and the ledge / drop im talking about is the one in the intro that ALI BU-ALAH (spelling) drops, it's the one that you're SUPPOSED to go hella slow, and just drop and land on a small tranny at the bottom. its got a railing on the left hand side of it right next to the launch spot. if you go to slappys shop, go up the rampish hill pathway designated there and then travel across the street you should see exactly what im talking about. i only mention that place because you cannot physically land it any other way if you wanna take any amount of speed past basically rolling over the edge. you can boost huge though. this is where i first was introduced to doing it at, the huge ledge

this works on xbox and ps3 versions. good luck and hit me up if you need

shit, isn't it on the map, where the huge gap in streets is that looks like theres some palm treets or something? if you still cant find it, go to uhhh... the spot to own thats the closest, it's a long sweeping C rail typa situation where you gotta ollie over a railing to get on it... and at the bottom it shoot you into a street, follow that street down the hill, take a right... follow that all the way for a while until you hit the overpasses above you, some freeways or suttin. and you'll see a huge billboard thats green once you start going downhill again and wraping around to the left, HIT A RIGHT and boost off the slope next to the road sign *huge n green* and continue down, and follow the street around to the right, and it should be an open gate along the left sideway maybe 200 yards down from the last right hand turn. good luck, and ball out ridiculously.

i've only landed a few, you have a take of the bigger side of the mega compond jump, and get close to the landing area at the top, but then carry on, the game thinks your going to land so you spin faster.

nah, theres still more to go, you have to do a few more filming challeges to unlock new challeges which then unlock mega compound, good luck :)

if you want danny way mega compound, all you need to do is get the cover for both magazines. plain and simple.

for me double flips on the mega compound left side work real well if you get one pump from the top with a tiny tap of b. then dont pump the train and also do not ollie of the ramp. just set the flip right as you leave the ramp. works 4/5 times for me

i also found that it works better if you pre grab before you hit the take off.

Yeah haha so he turns and flips and smacks his face or back.

Oh and did the dub grab thing, so sick, I find it easier to do a BS grab and then go for the double grab right before I hit. Makes it easier.

the glitch is actually you hold pretty much any grab (except mutes/stales) with one trigger and just before you hit the ground you tap/hold the other trigger and you can land anything. like switch tripple fronts at mega compound
