What the fuck do i do now? [Blackberry Troubles]

This is mainly towards anyone who has a blackberry pearl, but any help would be appreciated.
About a month ago, I got a brand new Pearl 8100. It's been working perfectly until the last few days.
Now it's gone totally haywire and I don't know what to do about it. It works sometimes but other times it will just not click on things, and decide to click on things too many times, making it pretty much unusable. Has anyone else here had this problem? I know a few people on these boards have had these phones, so has this happened to anyone?
My main problem is that I got it off eBay and can't just call up Rogers and ask them what's wrong because I didn't purchase it off of them...

I just went to at&t and got a blackjack II. I had the exact same thing......if it helps, the enter key (bottom right i think) works the same way as the little ball thing which took me weeks to figure out when my ball thing would never work.

warranty it out with your cell carrier. if its new they will send you a replacement. they have had problems and have come out with a new version. 8110 pearl

My BB8800 did the same thing, use the enter button, it looks just like an arrown, it does the same thing as clicking the ball.

It's kinda weird, sometimes it decides to work perfectly and others it decides to be a huge fuck up.
I guess I'll just live with it and see if it improves at all.

well i was just in the verizon store yesterday getting a new phone, and while i was at the counter 3 people came up and said there phones had been acting wierd and shit and every time the verizon people said that it needed a software update, so maybe try that?
