Trouble getting my Video uploaded and good quality

Ok so I'm using Final Cut Express HD for my edit and everything. Everytime i export it to quicktime the quality goes to shit. I can't figure out how to get it high quality like the other edits people upload. Go check out my video's and you'll see what i'm talking about as far as the video quality. Any advice would help

It depends on how big you want your video to be. For a good file size to upload onto NS I like the Iphone preset in Imovie. I don't know how final cut express is for exporting presets but if you can't find something you're happy with export your movie at full resolution and then open it with imovie and export it again with one of imovie's presets.
