i agree! To this point watching every teaser, i'm starting to see nothing that stands out, at first when the SIA trailers came out for th PBP movies i was stoked, but now Rages, and everyone elses are coming out...EVERYONE is using the HVX and shooting slow mo, using dolly's and cranes for every other shot, and even the editing is getting redundent....everyones stuff looks the same with different skiers. This is the first one to really seperate itself from the rest of the pack, even if there isn't dialouge, based on teasers, this movie shows the most potential, so much more unique skiing was on display, the rails were INSANE, it showed variety, the in air filming was some of the cleanest I've seen!
Great job Stept! Deff will be purchasing this movie. Well Done Alex/Nick!
sick! Nah man didn't mean you wouldn't just meant, even with the fact you didn't use it in your teaser, and that even if your film didn't based on what i've seen so far, you killed it!, and really pulled away from everyone else...good stuff. Keep it up man! And no worries, finally got super stoked on a teaser for a ski movie this season. Chea!
^them crazy bastards went the wrong way on them rails.
not bad.. Im a big fan of the dolly cam even though everyone is using it.. so adding a bit of that woulda made it better in my opinion. but sick none the less..
Liked it but nothing new there. By the way I think Believe didn't have any dollies or cranes in it and still won the powder mag film of the year. Good skiing and interesting content is what makes good ski movies. Expensive cameras and clean camera work make it more of a pleasure to watch for the general public. In the end we want to see the biggest and best shit. So many ski movies these days.
it ships october 1st.... at the latest, and there will be a boulder premier October 9th (thursday) in chem 140 on campus, and huge after party rager at my house
