im looking around to buy a trampoline and i found this one. does anyone know if this trampoline is any good?15 ft and 330$ but it will probably be more after shipping and handling.
yea i know its going to be shit but is it worth buying it for only 330$? i just want something to screw around on and practice tricks. if not can anyone point me towards a different one?
It's hard to judge these kids of things from personal experience, theres so many different trampolines. I'd suggest bouncing on the second one and deciding for yourself. If you're just messing around on the thing then use common sense, if it WORKS good enough then get it.
don't listen to effehz, hes dumb. The net is so good to have, you can try almost anything and never worry about hurting yourself. You would never believe the amount of times the net on mine has saved me.
More people has died because of getting stangeled and chocked by those stupid "SafetyNets" than actually falling off because of not having one.
And to the ones who think nets are still good, I can easily jump over that net myself, and then lets not talk about when someone's boosting your altitude.
unless someone has a head the size of a tennis ball, i dont think they can get strangled in the net. i dont have a net or the cushion thing that covers the springs and mine is fine, no injuries. i still wish i had those though, no falling in between the springs or messing up on flips
maybe if you're talking about 3 year olds getting strangled but that even sorta sounds like a stretch... have you ever actually used a tramp with a net as compared to one without it? That net has saved me so many times and I'm big (6'2" 200lbs) I also could easily jumpover the net if I wanted to but that's not what it protects against. If you land off balance and off the center of the tramp you will most likely fly off the tramp. The net keeps you from going off on the second bounce. Anyone who says differently is wrong.
Lol. I'd like to see your source for that claim...
The most that i've ever done is get my finger stuck and bent back with one of those, and that didnt hurt. I do not see how you could possibly get choked on that lol.
or get a rectangular tramp with a much more even bounce, paint a center grid on it, and if you are jumping right, should be pretty good. oh and you will probably be going higher than some silly net will be good for so if you are that concerned, get some pads and/or put it in the ground.
agreed
my friends has the same tramp and with the right double bounce we go like 10 ft. were no were near the net up there and if anything u could get caught in it and just hurt yourself more
do trampolines get bouncier with age? my neighbor used to have an old one that looked like the cheap 10' walmart variety, but that thing would send you a good ten feet up... coincidence?
First off, I have a tramp with safety nets and would never think of taking them off. Not only do they stop you from wrecking yourself when you take off wrong and end up shooting off the side of the tramp they also stop slower crashes where you hjave landed off balance or something. Mine has saved me more times than I can count.
To whoever said more people have died from chocking from being tangled in the nets, im calling BS unless you are talking about kids under 5. This is just a guess but im gonna say the creator of the thread is at least 12 so i don think there will be any problem there.
