How to dance

Well, my buddy asked me to be his best man tomorrow.  I like to go to the clubs and dance but thats just pretty much grinding on some hoes.  So when you ball room dance or slow dance at a wedding do you just sway and rock the slow turn like back in middle school and high school except you got your hands up?  I feel like a total dumb ass so dont bother mentioning it.  maybe some one has a website that can help me.  Its tomorrow....... please help.
