I know it's summer but you always want to keep in shape for the coming ski season. Any of you have any ideas on things to do for working out to stay in skiing shape?

I know it's summer but you always want to keep in shape for the coming ski season. Any of you have any ideas on things to do for working out to stay in skiing shape?

gym
balance board
surf
parkour
word benny. yoga's great. it feels so nice and helps you get more flexible and more body awareness.
hmm.. all i do is running leg lifts and tramp and core work
works for me :P
