a) you gotta be more specific than that bud - lug pattern, offset, etc

5x114.3 and offset of 40.
Nissam Maxima 1995.

Can you change offset of rims to fit your car?

Depends on which way the offset is off, but you could use spacers, although its not a great idea.  Depending on the thickness of the spacers you'd need, you'd also need longer studs.

the rims i was looking at were 16.5 offset.
i might just look for rims with around a  40 offset
