you got ripped off then, it sells for 400 new and you can jailbreak it yourself....but nonetheless if it sells for 400 new it's not a bad deal, free bump

^the screen is in perfect condition. i put the cover on right after i bought it. it was $450 when i bought it because ipod+case+tax.

jail broken= you can basiclly get any appliation ever made for the ipod touch free. all of the shit like notes and stock to games, toys, customize. pretty much everything.
