Airlines charging $100 for ski bags

U.S. Airways and I am pretty sure United are charging $100 for ski bags each way now. I am sure others are too.
So all you overprivileged cocksmokers going to summer camp better not be complaining in a month about the charge when you fly out west. It's only a 8% increase on your $2500 tab, so I know you can afford it.
Also if you booked your ticket before they instituted the changes then you shouldn't have to pay the charge.
If you work rentals at a destination resort next year it will be even busier and shittier for you. Have fun.

How did this have anything to do with what I said. It was just a little sob story of you working hard for something you want to do. I do understand that you did pay ,but that was probably awhile ago. Things have changed since then. Airlines aren't even selling all the tickets on the plane in order to save gas and money. I would be upset also, but sometimes it comes down to paying what you have to pay, and there probably isn't much you can do about it. If its just throwing money away then why are you going?

when i flew my surfboards from boston to san diego (pretty much the farthest you can fly while staying in the continental u.s), they only charged $50 and i could easily fit 3-4 ski bags in my surfboard bag.
All times are Eastern (-5)
