Donde esta mi searchbar?

my searchbar is gone.  I dont know where it went.  I think it was overworked and one day just got pissed and got up and left.  Anybody have any suggestions about where it may be hiding or how to get it back?

if he would have looked in site discussion (where these type of threads should go)  he would have found 2 threads on it in the first half of page 1
