I weigh about 170lbs and I love my invaders. They don't wash out more than other softish skis I've tried and I've had them for a year and they're still in great condition.
it depends on what you are using them for
im 190 6'1" and they still are the playful fun ski that they are supposed to be.
if you are using them as a jib park ski, they will work well, however if
you want them to use as an all around ski as well, i would suggest anthems,
while not as quick and nimble they will handle all mountain conditions and crud better than the invader will,
while still giving you more control over butter's ect than any other ski i have used.
Anthems are also the only ski i have used with their waist size that i have felt performed well on rails and boxes.
Bottom line.
Invader-extremely fun ski, but at your size i might buy anthems just because with your weight
you should have no problem moving the anthem quick enough for park stuff, and will be able
to get more all mountain performance out of them.
That said, if you are solely using invaders for getting to the park, buttering around and just having fun,
they do stuff like that a little bit better imo.
