^ So the guy at my local bike shop and i have gotten to be pretty tight over the years. So i went in a told him that i was looking for a new DH bike but was short on cash. He built the bike using mostly used parts that were laying around the shop. But the frame is new the whole headset is new and the fork is new. But i got it for $1,750. Instead of $4,500. So to answer your question he custom built it for me.

I was thinking about doing that but that would have cost a shitload more. The frame is a good frame so what i want to do is upgrade parts when i get the money.

The frame alone i think is over $1,600. Online to get the completed one it was $4,600
