Imoive hd?

i was editing a movie in imoive hd, on my moms powerbook g4, and on the right side it shows all the clips then when i drag the clip into the timeline it is no longer on the right side to choose from? how do i get the clip back? thanks.

Do you want a copy or to take it from the timeline to the clips? If you want to put it back then just drag it back. If not, then you just need to copy paste back into the clips.

so if have a clip and only want one shot from and and cut that shot out i have to copy and aste back in every time?
