Replying to Speeding ticket help

k so i was at work waaay late last night. didnt get off till 2am and just wanted to get home. so in my haste i happen to get pulled over for going 60 in a 45. so how contestable is this? the ticket says my speed was recorded by pace, which i guess means he drove by my car and recorded the speed. i mean i know its worth contesting cuz the cop may not show in which case i get off, but if he does show what kinda stuff do i gotta do to get this erased? def dont wanna get parents involved
