Sammy Carlson's Camp

A while back I thought I heard him say he was going to start a ski camp at Mt. Hood. Does anyone know if he is still going to do this? I haven't really heard anything else about this recently.

Yeah he is going to have it next summer or the one after that, its going to be only skiers and stuff.

Just message him about it and he will tell you some info

I dont mind skier's only camps but then you cant go with your border friends.

agreed, props for him for starting one, but we really need to be promoting the two sports together. The parks are for everyone. Least that's my thought.

Heres what i heard from an unknown source (Michael Clarke). He said that sammy is getting a lane this summer and inviting a ton of pros to come and ski it with him, to just get some recognition. he is planning on opening it the next summer to skiers only. the lane will be just above where the public park was at the beginning of last summer (as seen in the Hyphy edit) this way you can take the lift instead of hicking like at windells. its gonna be sick everyone should go.

although I guess it would be nice to have a dedicated camp etc with less traffic in the lane.

I thought it was like all the skiers from windells would go to the new camp now, and windells would be a snowboarder camp, like the way it started as. i may be wrong though

thats true, windells is dropping skiing. So i kind of wonder if sammy's camp is really owned by windells? and is just another brand.
