I got my free paypal account, how do i use it to spend and recieve money, i just dont want to make a mistake and get hunted down

how would you get hunted down?
to send money, you hit the large Send Money tab and add a credit card so it takes funds directly from that
to get money you give the person the e-mail you use to sign in and when they send the money it goes into your paypal balance. you can then transfer that to a checking account or keep it in the balance for spending it later.
paypal's super safe so don't worry about getting fucked in the arse
