Inverting off an up rail?

Ok so I am really contemplating this at the stowe jam this weekend if they set up their up rail well enough.
I am curious if people who have inverted off an up rail before could post here and let me know how they did it.
Basically I figure you just gotta sack up and pop and pray. Other then that hoping people can post their advice.
Videos will be posted of attempts for sure, cus either way I am going for it, providing the set up is legit.
Figure it will either make for some good merk footy or some solid landed tricks.

Watch Jon McMurrays video part in Focused. He inverts off the rails in a bunch of shots. I wish that guy was still in the game he was nuts.

Yeah, John McMurray was doing them a while ago. Candide did some too. I have never tried one, but I would suggest thinking about kinda pretzel popping off of the end, and throwing it. It would be like a pretzel misty spin off. That is just how I would try it if I was trying them. Maybe I will try one next year, you have sparked an interest.

One of my favorite tricks (if only i could do them). Mike Wilson does some sick ones, that I've seen. During the US Open, a bunch of people were doing them in the rail section of slopestyle. Im guessing you throw it pretty hard downwards, and try to spot the rail underneith you.

well if i was to do one this is how i would do it
be able to lincoln like nobodies business then look over your shoulder a tiny bit when you do it off the rail. and make sure to hit the rail fast enough to clear your head from the rail and such. but yeah just huck and make sure to clear the rail.

thanks buddy!
but i would say think of a msty 540, but you start 90 degrees into the rotation. so basically you are just rolling downhill, like a barrel roll, and when you spot your landing, you'll twist to switch. thats the easiest one to do i believe. they arent as hard as you think, they are more scary then anything...good luck!
