ok so the other day i got an armada backpack for my birthday. the strap started to rip, so i sent it back and got another one. unfortunately, that one started to rip on the first day i had it. i called armada and talked to seth johnston (super legit guy). he told me it was weird i got two faulty backpacks and said he was gonna hook me up with one of next years. this is what i got in the mail today:
a hoodie/fleece thing, two hats, a t-shirt, mad stickers, and next years backpack and catalogue (which looks sick).
anyway i was really stoked and thought i'd let NS know. its true how much better the customer service/warrantees are with smaller companies like this, so props to armada.
