Praxis skis 08/09

i know most of NS hasn't heard of praxis, but just a heads up.  BAMF ski company out of truckee.  make absolute bomber skis.  they only had one model ski last year, but have a bunch this year.  they're doing a presale ending this month, $550 for a custom made (custom rocker, choose 4 shapes, choose topsheet).  i can't overstate how bomber these skis are, you have to try real hard to fuck up the bases, just skiing over a rock won't do it, you have to land perfectly on one to fuck them up.  they're super solid, have rounded sidewalls so they don't chip easily.  $550 might be a little pricey, but if you have the dough you should definitely think about it.

i know it sounds like i work for them or something...i don't, just ordered my second pair (pow RX) and am super stoked.  i have a helmetcam in my profile skiing last year's model thats pretty sick.
