Great little read. I liked the last few paragraphs, super informative and really puts the AK rookie experience into perspective. Itll be sick to see what Rainville and them hit even in their shitty conditions. Stoked to see the few shots and can't wait until Level 1 has a successful trip... one day.

i dont blame them, how do you think it feels to be up there for only two weeks on a low buget trying to get some shots and then see t-rice and the 15 PERSON crew (4 athletes, 4 filmers, 3 photographers, 2 pilots, and 2 guides) with two heli and $250,000 worth of heli time. i love snowboarding but it's just crazy how much more money sponsors are willing to give to them

what else is crazy is how hard those four riders are gonna throw down. skiers all do the same shit.

ie... trice and roman chads session, like 8 different tricks each. any skier who hits it leaves lucky to be alive.

I could see Rainville and Stefan destroying AK in the future. I think they probably did pretty well for the conditions this year as well. That cliff Steele hit on his first run of the trip was big too. This is so sick, but I would like to see a company mean as Level 1 getting off better than this. They kill it.
