So Armada has already cleared these skis for warranty? When hte buyer recieves the skis, he/she will send them back to Armada to be replaced with next years pipe cleaners?

Sounds odd, because I sent Armada dozens of pictures of my T-Halls, and I still had to send in the skis for them to assess them.

Tyson Hall told my that they "can only deem a ski suitable for warranty once inspected by the engineers at Armada's warehouse in California. The engineers will then notify myself if the ski is able to be repaired, or needs to be replaced. Expect a 5 day turn-around period for repairs, and a 2 day turn-around period for replacements. Please ship the skis to us, and we will take a look at them. We will also cover the shipping charges back to you."

why don't you send them back for the 08/09's and then sell them for way more?

How about you shut up and I guarentee they can be warranties and I don't wanna do it myself becuse of time

Woah, relax.

Armada will not guarantee ANYTHING over the phone, email, or internet. They need to physically have the skis in thier posession to determine whether to REPAIR, or REPLACE them.

You cant tell prospective buyers that Armada will, no matter what, warranty these skis. Here are the problems that I see:

-Someone buys these, and then Armada wont warranty them.
-Buyer needs to pay even more to ship them to Armada.
-There is no guarantee that Armada will warranty them.
-What exactly is this "small manufacturers defect"? Elaborate?

If your sooooo sure that Armada will warranty them, then send them in yourself. Like was already said, you could easily sell the 09 Pipecleaners for more. It just seems wierd you would rather sell them as is than make more money off of them.

I rarely say this anymore, but this is super sketchy.

Just warranty them yourself, sell the PC's for more dough and sell the TT's for some dough too.

It will be getting you more money, so why not?

I believe a bad batch was made of the PC's like the 05/06 invaders. Some thing with the sidewalls delaming extremely bad.

This is what I heard so I could be totally wrong

For all those people who think this is super sketchy hear me out please.

-if armada does not warranty these to you, i will return your money back. you want it in writing ill do it, i will also let you keep the ski's.
-I will describe the flaw as much as i can, apparently it happened to a batch of these. Between the base and the edge on one ski it looks as if the base was cut 1mm thin, filled in with a white ptex to make it pass QC, This is what i was told.
-These are not delamming, no edge is missing, there are no core shots, reason im selling is im late with rent and if i cant get the money im screwed,
-Send them back myself? i was told 3-4 weeks, which is time i do not have, but maybe some of you do.
-Now its your choice if you want to warranty them, these are perfectly fine to ski, i have the receipt too they were bought in February,skied one month

If i can pull 350 outta my ass within the next week then i will send them in myself and re post them, but im no magician, just a struggling college student.


sorry if this sounds super sketchy but i guarantee this is legit, hell if they aren't warrantied ill send the foil boots i use with them, im in a tight crunch and am pretty much just looking for cash. I will separate them if asked. the boots are also for sale size 28.5 minor wear.
