I think I have come up with the finalists. Im 5'10", 160 lbs, average skier.Ive narrowed my ski choices down to 2 main possibilities:
-2007/2008 182 Atomic Punx............(300$)
-2007/2008 184 Atomic Urban Punx......(350$)
I would like to know which ski is the softest out of the Atomic Punx, and Atomix Urban Punx. Ive been getting mixed responces on this, as some say the Urban Punx are softer, and other say the Punx are softer. If someone could clear this up, it would be much appreciated.
Next, Im looking at bindings. I ride at a DIN of 9, most likely 10 by next season. Since these skis are so soft, Im not going to go with FKS 120's, so I need another option. I was looking at some Mojo 15's (150$) or some Fischer x17's 150$). I have broken Px12's and 912's in the past, so lets remove those out of the equation. Any other suggestions would be great though. I think something with a wider screw pattern (Mojo's/Fischers) would be best.
Thanks again, and sorry for making multiple threads!!

I rode a pair of Mojo 15's last year and they were a great binding. I'm never riding PX again. Also, as a coincidence, I ordered a pair of X17's for my pow skis next year. They are exactly the same as the Mojo, just with a bigger DIN. They also have a massive DIN range 6-17, so you don't have to worry about that. I'd definitely recommend them.
As far as skis go, I don't really know which is softer, but from everything I've heard the urban is softer.

I heard the Urban Punx are softer.
The Punx are more of a pipe and big jump ski I think, and the Urbans are more screw around and jib skis.
However, I haven't skied on either, so this is just from what I've heard and put together. I think they mentioned it in the freeskier buyers guide.
