And tell him to send me my stuff or refund my money.  April 3 payment was sent for crowbars and a g10 mx.  Tomorrow is six weeks.  He did respond once to an email after three weeks saying he just plain forgot.  That e-mail from PayPal stating he had money in his account should help remind him.  Please tell him to send me my stuff.  I know he has sold other things to guys on this site and I don't think he is necessarily out to scam anyone, but this is ridiculous.

I bought a pair of Oakley pants from him and what do you know - I never got them either.

He even made up a bullshit USPS reciept.

the guys legit... im pretty sure he's just busy alot and is pretty bad about shipping, but i doubt he's ripping you off


i bought a helmet from him and he took a while to ship it but he came through... so dont be TOO worried about it

make a claim with paypal immediately and your money will be refunded within a few days.  YOU HAVE 45 DAYS TO DO SO AFTER PAYING, SO ACT IMMEDIATELY.   escalate it to the farthest point immediately, as you need a full refund, no negotiations.  If he cannot prove shipment, you will have your money back within a week......problem solved.

why do so many people use paypal on here and not know why they're using it?  Safety is why, get your cash back.  In order to have paypal, a CC or bank account must be hooked to it, giving you acces to your cash, or his if he spent yours.  Good luck with the process, it is really easy.

that is a good point, I didn't realize the window was 45 days, I thought it was 60.  Much appreciated tronnn.  As the guy above said, I don't think he is out to scam anyone, but there is a thin line at this point between laziness and a rip off.

8 Months for a pair of pants to arrive is stretching the friendship. I could have personally walked / swam a pair of pants from Australia to the US in that time.

good work.....

with all these scammers threads lately, i'd like to promote the use of paypal on this site, hopefully this will be another good ending to show people how to properly handle transactions here on NS....... best of luck to you and all who deal here in the future....i hope shit like this will turn scammers away... and the window may be 60 days, not 45, i could be wrong, but there is no need to wait on this type of shit

All I can say is just hit up his feedback.  People will see that he's shady and then reconsider dealing with him.  I couldn't know what you're going through man, b/c its one of those "get burned, then keep away from the flames" sort of deals.  I couldn't think up a better analogy...
