RFA and 1242: same footage?

Is there any footage overlap between these two movies?
Even last year with MSP and PoorBoys there was alot of overlap.

NO same footage at all..there are different people in the movies...
like people that are in 1242 aren't in RFA and the people in RFA aren't in 1242 so why would there be footage overlaping???

I really hope not. Same with Forward. I noticed alot of jibs and jumps were from forwardds trailer in rfa. Like shooting the same jump or feature is kinda annoying, but having the same thing in too movies is just dumb and a waste of money.

There is always going to be overlap of footage as long as there are events like Superpark and Parkasaurus.

Because ski movies always have overlap and I got sm3 and happy days last year and they had so much of the same footage it drove me crazy., and they werent even the same company!

so did jon reedy. But 1242 only has the riders that oakley wanted in the movie. Oakley sponsors tons of different skiers, and they cant all be in the movie now can they?

1242 is gonna be SOO much better...they have less people to worry about..and they are spending about 2 more months editing on 1242 than they did on RFA!!! hence one of the reasons why it is shipping so late...gonna be SO dope...

i think both of them are going to be nasty, i agree with matt on the overlap issue though. I even noticed that already this year with the Forward teaser and the 1242 (or is it RFA?) teaser, the same switch 10. Overlap dosn't really bother me though, i think in the case of L1P and Poorboyz the digital/film difference will make it cool....two formats
