Replying to East (ice) coaster moving to west coast

I'll be moving out to Denver for college and I was wondering what kind of ski would be a top priority?

I already have the 06 invaders, the one with the creepy faces and stuff, and I love them but they're pretty skinny and center mounted.  Also they're starting to delam, they're skiiable though. I've only experience 5 inch fresh pow and everything else was just packed groomed snow/ice.

Was just curious on what type of ski I should be focusing on.  Like would hellbents or EP pros be just fine if I had the invaders or should I get something in between and not use the invaders?  The in between would be somethign similar to Moment Reno jibs/rockers.  I'm pretty confident with my skiing, I can tackle any obstacle outside the park, just definitely not certain about pow skiing at all what with the tree lines and steepness.
