i was thinkin the same thing

when I do them, I kinda lean back and ninja kick, stick my hand down, and grab the spine/barrel.  When I grab I kinda pull down on it and swing my weight back down, pulling me out of the ninja kick.

for that matter how do u do em like over rainbow boxes and stuff.

You just hafta lean back and put your hand down, like lean down from your shoulder and kick your feet up, like you are jump kicking at someone.  You just have to kinda try it.  Try going up to a barrel at first, and just going to the side and touching it with your hand, and swiveling off of it, that will set you up for popping over it.  Be sure you can tap the shit out of it before you do this though, you should be comfortable going over things like that.

the best thing i can recomend for learning somthing is watching a video of someone that has them down and sorta think of how theyr shifting theyr weight and positioning theyselves while watching it. i think things throught alot before i do it. and if it wasnt 1 am id find a video and make a failed attempt at embeding it in here
