Housing in breckenridge

i am moving out with a buddy in august, and were going to look at a bunch of condos next week in summit county area. could anyone who lives out there give me some places to look at?? condos or apartments are fine. we are looking to spend about 1200-1500 a month

maybe you already looked through summitdaily.com if not lots of housing, looking for roomates, etc ads there-updated daily
