Friend in need with a setup

Maybe Some Volkl Walls? My friend has em and hes like 200lbs and like 6' 3" i dont know what size he has but he says they're awesome. Good flex, symmetrical, and he doesnt wash out on them.

More park then Trails- I would go with Dumonts 
More trees and trails then Park - 4frnt msps (like stiff but bomb proof)

Binders I love my LD12s ( they are little heavy but seem to take the abuse great)


Also may want to check out 4frnt stl and Tnk if your Friend is skiing more park then Trails (they are still decent out of the park)

i would think that something that is a bomb proof all mountain thats not too stiff. im thinkin around the mid to high 170's in size.

170s would be too short , he needs over 180. You don't say if he is actually any good at skiing just that he is an expert snowboarder, that might help.

ok, so for those of you who are conversion impaired, they guy is 6'3" This guy is big, so he will need big skis, anything under 184 is just way to small. odds are he will break them, This is going to knock off almost all of the park skis out there. I would then start to look at some of the mid fats out there, something in the 90-100 range, They are usually a bit stiffer as well. I would suggest a pair of Dynastar Big Troubles in a 186, They are are 92 in the waist. They are supper stable skis, at 190lbs and 6-3 he is going to want a pair of stable sticks. They are also bomber. I have skied them hard over the last two years and they have held up really well. Given his size they will obviously not be a great powder ski for him, but they will defiantly be better then anything marketed as a park ski. Oh and what do you know I might even be willing to let my pair (w/ bindings go for cheap really soon)

and yeah I am not just saying they are good so he buys my skis, because they are really sick skis as anyone who has skied them can testify.

my bad yes he is a good skier also but not as experienced with freestyle on skis as snowboard.

he's kinda one of those kids that takes an interest in something and has natural talent that he'll be better than me with in the year.

At his height and weight he might want to take a look at Vokl.  The Wall or the Karma.

Blends if you are gonna get this years.  Next year's may be a little wideish for the park.  Kung Fujas would be my all around choice for next year.

next years blends are dope. someone that tall will still be able to rock 100 underfoot all mountain comfortably, and its person preference on the width in the park. lizzies are what, 115 underfoot and people love them for the park. its all what u like

Yeah, I rocked Seth's in the park for a couple years, sweet landing platform, but the swing weight can be an issue for more serious spins and switch ups.
