Can somebody explain to me how to get a super slow mo shot, not like on imovie when it turns your image in a very sacaded (sp?) image?
What kind of cam/editting program do you need?

what was the clip shot in. it you can go slower if u shoot at a higher fps. i use final cut and shoot in 60i, and i can go pretty slow (50%ish) before it looks bad

60i isn't really more frames. its 60 halfframes

im not sure what the program is but there is one that builds frames in between ur frames so when u slow it down is more fluid. someone must know the name of it here

While 60i isnt technically a faster frame rate, you can create more frames because there are twice as many "interlaced frames" (obviously), which produces a better effect than simply slowing down 24p or 30p People bash 60i but for slomo it really does the trick.... Unless you have an HVX which can record 60p, but i doubt most of the punks on this forum have the cash or nice enough parents for an HVX.
