Which resorts open first/ close last?

So in the USA, where are the resorts that open first, like which state(s)?
and...                where are the resorts that stay open the latest into the spring/summer?

well it would be mt.hood but if you exclude that I believe it would be A-basin in Colorado opened like October 15th last year and is still open right now

all depends on the snow, but Timberline on Mt Hood in oregon always stays open the latest.
After that its up to the snow gods for who gets the early dump. Sometimes it can be boreal and mammoth in california, or it could be timberline in oregon. Sometimes baker opens early. If Colorado gets an early dump then A Basin will be open in october (like this year and last year). Varies all the time.

A Basin didnt have any natural snow for opening this year. They usually open as soon as they can blow 18 inches of manmade. They also plan to stay open as long as you can still ski to the bottom..so they should be open to late june/early july

every resort in washington is open...for mountain biking. Bring your mud tires, we got rain.
Hood and Whistler are probably still open.

A Basin open up the earliest on OCT 10th this year.  Timberline will be open until late aug or sept.
