so starting Aug. 1 there r all these new laws for 16 and 17 yeard old drivers in ct. some of them are:
40 hours of behind the wheel instruction in order to get your license (used to be 20)
no friends in the car for a year
no driving from 11 pm to 5 am
no cell phones until 18th birthday (even tho cell phones w/o a headset r already banned in the car)
i turn 16 on July 21 so i'm pissed
does anyone else have laws that are crazy strict like these in ur state?
