Who is the coolest Team Manager in the Game?

When an athlete is deciding whether to go with a certain sponsor. Do you think they take everything in to consideration when making this choice. Outside of the product, does it really matter whose running the show? I've met some cool team managers and I've met some real NOBS. Do the people behind the scenes really count in the overall scheme of things?.

If you read that last part about team manager s dont do all the work, and you have a team manager then they're not really a very good team manager. As far as the athletes are concerned they should be doing damn near everything, I know mine does... And maybe thats why alot of kids who ride for bigger companies like.... anyway their are bitching about their TMs alot . Mine gets it done for the team and I dont have any reps or anybody else setting up photo shoots, helping me with OTHER sponsors, etc.
