this program is so sick, but i have a few questions

1. can i make the ram preview, preview more of my comp, or does it use as much ram as i have and thats it?

2. when i click spacebar and it renders (what does it actually do?), can i make that render more of my comp, so that i can play back the whole thing without it having to re-render it

3.how can i make it so i can preview, listening to the audio (other than the ram preview, because it only does part of the comp)

ya i need help too, the only way i can really preview my movie well is by draging the bar

ya thats a pain to do because you cant edit to music that way, and its not realtime

if you hold down ctrl or alt not sure which one while you scrub through you can hear the audio that might help

umm you can twirl down the waveforms under the audio track and try to align it by how that goes while you scrub through that might help

ive been having the same problem i cant find a better way then this though. you can ram preview it but yeah like you said its only a little bit. i dont get why it does that either.

i dunno im pretty new to using after effects but hope that helped
