How Do I Build a Rail to Practice on This Summer???

I want to build a rail to practice this summer. I know how to make the ramp and what surface to use. But I do not know how to build the rail. I can't have anything permanent like in the ground. I was thinking I would get a 6x6 and attach some metal pipes on the top of the sides. Then to stop it from tipping it over I would attach the 6x6 to a couple pieces of plywood. This was my first season skiing so I don't know how long it should be or how high the rail needs to be so that I don't hit my skis on the ground if I try a switch up. Any suggestions?

You ask your Rents for a random amount of money and remake the DNA Evolution Tour setup...

I heard that PVC shaves away. I guess this isn't a real problem??? I'm really not that good and I don't want to bust my ass bc my edge got caught up in a gash on the PVC

i typed "build jib" into the searchbar (its locatiion is approx. above the gear preview link) and got all these threads in which this topic has been thoroughly discussed...next time you decide to make a thread, try researching using previously mentioned bar to make sure you dont annoying thousands of NS members.

didnt mean to hate, its just annoying when your looking for real threads and they get bumped down cause of stuff thats been gone over a ton. youre new, so just wanted that information to get to you about how to use the site...two things:
any question about skiing you have has already been asked and answered in a thread, just search
and
everyone on newschoolers becomes like this haha. sorry, itll happen. no hate, no homo
