So as I was moving from school to back home, I had my suv packed so full I couldnt see out the back, and some girl was parked perpendicular to me, by my house. I backed out and her car stopped mine, so it wasnt a light impact. I kinda ruined her mirror, which probably needs to be replaced, but what I'm kind of worried about is the big dent in her side door. It's about 6 inchs by 6 inchs, not that deep, and a chip of paint missing. So am I going to pay out the ass for that dent? Or can they use those suction cup things and pop the dent out? All I did to my car was break the tail light cover, and a dent in the bumper.

well, i sideswiped a road sign in my integra in the ice this winter. the dent was probably 12 inches by 12 inches, and a lot of paint was missing. 1100 got the front bumper and almost the entire driver side painted and the dent fixed. but, a kid at my school had a basketball hoop blow over on his wrx, it left maybe a 4 inch long dent that was maybe like a half inch wide, the hoop literally slammed his door right below the window. it was 1400 just to fix the dent, let alone repainting it

you can get dent pullers at your parts store.
but the easiest way to get rid of them is not to hit shit.ha

Usually depends if it can be beaten out, or if the panel needs to be replaced.
In any case I imagine it would need to be resprayed

I barely grazed the back panel and back bumper of a buddies car with my van bumper. Although the scratch was incredibly small and almost un-noticeable it costed me 600cdn. Not going to do that again!

Dude i hit the back of a lexus at about 5km/h and it cost me AUS$6000. which is about US$5800 - that didn't include the repair bill for my car either. Fucking towbars.

It depends on if they can just pop the dent out. If they have to go inside your panel or door or whatever and push it back out then youll get some hefty labor costs. If they can just put a plunger or something on it then it wont cost much.
