Replying to Not tryin to be a party pooper, but dont preach about DLing ski movies

... if you feel its okay to download applications like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier. I dont personally develop for apple or adobe but if you torrent on mac or if you're an advocate of Safari/Webkit youre probably using something I worked on but (although alot of us do it for free and on our own time) no software dev is making it big. The only people who make substantial bank are the Web 2.0 startups. So If you guys are preaching how unethical it is to download ski movies, dont go saying 'hey can I get a serialz or [k] for this?'. Sorry its just been getting on my nerves and needed to rant this. Also im not saying its bad to download apps and shit, because most devs realize its gonna happen no matter what and theres no point in fighting it, but then why can't someone download Idea or something and if they like the movie then they buy it?
