Today in history we were talking about JFK and his changes in the New Frontier, namely space and NASA.
I then had a question that no one in my class could really answer.
If i had enough funding and scientists, could I start my own space program to try and pwn NASA? If i eventually made a sick rocket with gnarboosters using my scientists and funding, would those buttholes at NASA get all salty and shoot down my rocket? Is it illegal to build a rocket and try to fly to Mars and shit?
I need answers before my space program goes into effect.
